So this is the most easy chocolate cupcake recipe ever.It makes the most chocolatey,moistest,tastiest cupcakes ever.

The recipe:
350g plain flour370g caster sugar60g cocoa powder1 tsp bicarbonate of soda1/2 tsp salt150g chocolate powder 1 cup of cold coffe1 cup of buttermilk225ml vegetable oil3 large free range eggs
Frst thing you need to do is put all of the dry ingridients into a large bowl and mix that well and put it aside. Then into another bowl you want to put the wet ingridients and mix that as well.So now what you need to do is add the dry into the wet ingridients.What you want to do now is get two cupcake tins lined with cupcake cases,you want to put the mixture into the cupcake cases and put that into your preheated oven 160 degrees celsious and bake them for 24 minutes.And that is it super easy,super delicious,super fast.

My idea of the perfect weekend breakfast is a stack of pancakes.I love how easy they are to make and they just use the most basic of ingridients.
For this pancake recipe you will need:
1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (28 grams) granulated white sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup (240 ml) milk 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter, melted.

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and then pour in the egg mixture, all at once, and stir just until combined. The batter should have some small lumps. (Do not over mix the batter or the pancakes will be tough.)
Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium high heat until a few sprinkles of water dropped on the pan or griddle splatter.  Adju…
